A new meeting place for those who build Somalia
Build Som Expo 2026 is Somalia's first dedicated real estate and construction exhibition, held in Mogadishu over two days.
An exhibition, a conference and an investor forum
It brings developers, contractors, material suppliers, architects, financiers, government agencies and diaspora investors together under one roof, to turn demand for housing, offices, hotels and infrastructure into well-planned, well-financed projects.
Somali cities are growing and rebuilding, and much of that building is funded by families and investors at home and abroad. Until now there has been no national platform where buyers can compare projects, suppliers can reach contractors and investors can meet credible partners. Build Som Expo is built to fill that gap.
